High Ping Problems

The last week i was having ping issues a lot, ms goes from 60ms to 100+ and even 400+ for like 2 seconds and back to 60ms, some times i got even 10k+ms and don't know how to solve this.

Given the vast difference in the distance involved, the issue definitely appears to be towards the start of the log.
