Kingsmarch/Mining All ore values permanently 0 despite marking ore in maps (3.28 Mirage)

Both "Ore to Mine" and "Mined Ore" show 0 for all five ore types in the Mining Information board. Ore marked in maps never appears in Kingsmarch.

I am new to this type of content.

Steps to reproduce
- Enter a map, find an ore deposit, interact with it, complete the encounter.
- Game confirms ore has been marked (message with ore amount displayed).
- Return to Kingsmarch, check Mining Information board.
- All values remain at 0 — both columns, all five ore types.

Setup
- Miners are assigned (Rank IV and V workers, one per ore type, two for the rarest types).
- Treasury has 3+ days of gold for wages.
- Farming/crops work correctly — only mining is not working for me.
- Reproduced multiple times across multiple maps.

It looks like your ore got smelted into bars already
