medallion should be dropped immediately after mob is killed, not after 5 sec
it was a surgeon flesh room with body modding bench and after that fatty mob was killed i used the bench and just right after that medallion appeared

what a "clever" person did this design? get them retired

i said before - you need to remake medallion design and make it a regular item or drop it somewhere far away or just start thinking instead using ai shit
and start using this "product" before rolling it out to us.
