Help recovering old Path of Exile account

Hello Support Team,

I’m contacting you because I’m having trouble accessing my old Path of Exile account.

I haven’t played Path of Exile for a very long time. The last league I remember playing was Delirium. At that time I played together with my friends xGandalFx4284 (as an aurabot/ Nakkimon#2406) in the gild [anal] Rosettenbärenbande.

As far as I remember, the account was registered with the email address [Removed by Support] and the password back then was [Removed by Support].

When I recently started playing again this league, I logged in through my Steam account, but it looked like everything was gone. My old characters and progress were missing. I was quite surprised but wanted to play with my friends, so I continued for the moment.

Now I finally had time to contact support to try to recover my old account. When I attempted to reset the password for the email [Removed by Support], I did not receive any password reset email. However, I was able to create a new account using that same email address, which confused me even more.

My Steam account is connected to alexderbert#9200.

Could you please help me find or recover my old account? If you need any additional information from me, please let me know and I will gladly provide it.
