Black screen crash (every few minutes), can't play the game

Hey guys,

I'm Jay, a Poe player, also a small youtube creator for Poe1 and 2 under the name "UncleJay".
Lately my experience with the game is absolutely horrible, and I've tried literally everything I could have thought of, and could have found, but nothing seems to help with my issue. So please, help me... I didn't want to bother you guys since I know u're busy af over there, but I'm desperate, and ran out of options.
My problem is: PoE is crashing my PC, it happened since the Phrecia 2.0 even launch patch btw. I can't play the game for any longer than like 4-5 minutes. The game just randomly make my computer goes black screen, and there's nothing I can do but restart the PC. This happen very very often, some random times, I can play for like 30 minutes before a crash, but mostly it crash every few minutes. It's super hard for me to even finish 1 single map. As a result, I can't realistically progress in the game, and can't make any youtube content, which kinda screw up the little bit of money I normally make from yt.
Please, look into this problem, I have nothing else to say but "I BEG YOU".
Btw, here're the things I've tried to fix the issues, without any real success:
- Repair, and Clean re-install the game, doesnt work
- Tried all available settings, all available renderer, still crash
- Update all related software, aka NVIDIA. (tried multiple recent driver versions btw, none works)
- Update Windows 11
- Uninstall certain KBs on Windows 11 update history (almost all of them, to the point before I start getting this issue)
- Get my PC to a "doctor check" where I bought it, do some clean up, upgrade... none work

Again, I'm desperate already, there's nothing I do that will fix the problem. All other games/apps I use/play have absolutely no problem, except PoE. I tried Poe2 a bit and it also crash btw, not as frequent, but still crash.

I'm also experiencing this issue and it seems to have started this league. No solution I've tried has worked, I'm interested in GGG has some suggestions.

I as well can not play the game and get a black screen or a crash 5-10 secs after booting up.Tryed most of what was outlined in the first post to fix.nothing
