Breach boss spawning in wall of mirage and is unkillable

In a mirage, if a breach spawns on the very edge (basically on top of the wall), and Vruun spawns (unsure if this happens with rares as well), Vruun will be stuck in the mirage's wall. As a result, he won't move and can't be hit by attacks, so the breach cannot be finished.

Bumping, still happens and in fact the entirety of the breach can spawn in the wall, so it can't even be opened.
