Wayward Isle Improper Map Edge (Bug ref# 3,088,010,686)

Suna mentioned recently on discord he'd appreciate more people reporting level design bugs, so here's one! Wayward Isle can generate with a map edge on the water where the world barrier and the actual rock wall don't match.
