Ancestral Cry not work with King of the Fury

Someone please help me with this:

If I use Fury of the king talisman, I can't set Ancestral Cry to work this weapon, right now it's on weapon I, and so the Ancestral Cry is automaticlly set to weapon set II only, I'm having a quarterstaff on weapon set II.

Why?

pob or maxroll/moba/ninja?
Hard to tell without checking the build
Could be missing attribute reqs for the skill if you have strenght on the quaterstaff e.g, link the build so we can see tree and gears.

Thanks man, I've searched the topic and turns out it's a common issue. I thought the reason Warcry can't work with talisman directly because it's for human and all talisman skills are shapeshifted. You can put warcry skills into Ferocious Roar, but that's not a good method if you need Warcry for second weapon( me for quarterstaff).
