Horned scarab of awakening and Influencing scarab of Interference not working half the time

Hello, I've noticed that Horned scarab of awakening and Influencing scarab of Interference are not working half of the time.

I've been running City Square map with Destructive Play keystone and did not test on any other map.

Both scarabs are not used most of the time however i feel like Influencing scarab of Interference is finctional unlike Horned scarab of awakening which does not summon invitation bosses.
