Games minimize to taskbar randomly

Games minimize to taskbar randomly. This happens frequently when I'm using MTX and running maps. When running Cortex, it didn't happen for two hours. I've already tested this on Windows 10, Linux, and now on Windows 11.The exception is on Linux, where this problem happens less frequently. About once every 20 minutes. This problem didn't occur for the first two days. All drivers and Windows are fully updated.

The graphics card is an RX 7600, from AMD.
The processor is a Ryzen 5 5600.

I found what the problem is. I was wrong about Linux (I made a mistake there myself). The problem is in msctfime ui. It does not appear before PoE is turned on, but after and during it constantly appears and periodically minimizes the game window. The problem manifests itself more often when you are actively crafting something and the text on the screen is constantly changing. I have already done all sorts of manipulations with the PC, including deleting this service, but PoE starts to contact it and everything starts again. If after PoE I restart the explorer, this process will go away and stop minimizing all windows.
