SpyMaster problem, please help.

Hello lads,

I have about 34 room long snake. I have only two Spymasters at the beggining of my snake.

I have plenty of other rooms.

I want to add another spymaster but i can not place it next to garrison..

I have armory - garrison and nothing after that.



What am i missing?
