Act 2 can't get to deshar

Ok

I can't get to deshar in act 2, game crushes after trying to load the map. Switching from DirectX to Vulcan or resetting instances doesn't help, that happen on all my characters, new or old.

Are Deshar bugged now and doesn't load for anyone or is it just me, cause I can't find anything about that.
