When you are saying you are looking into the lag and disconnect issue on Europeans servers, you are really saying "We are waiting for enough players to stop playing then its fixed"?

The game stutters and sputters during evenings making it very hard to play and lets be honest. This is not the first time there are problems on European servers for both POE1 and 2.
Can you please do something about it?
