nevermind, i got it. i needed to listen to Zana

I have the same problem (also can't complete memory strand, from eagon) |

I found a way! Picked a eagon map, found him there, did his three map sequence again and after defeating the final boss he allowed me to go to the memory strand to listen to him and zana yapping
