ancient wombgift are bugged

Hi
when i like give the genesis tree an ancient wombgift, my blood goes away the tree doesnt make the birth effect, and no items dropps there. is this bug new have somebody the same problem ? lavish and mysterious wombgifts works normaly with birth effect. changed realm 3 times (new instance created) lost round about 10 ancient wombgifts and the blood
ps: disabled lootfilter and press alt but nothing on the ground

okey no i have the problem detectet when you birth things your blood dont decreased. after a rejoin the area the right blood storage now there
