New season characters are unable to open the map of another world

While playing the S29 season tonight, I suddenly couldn't activate the Atlas of Worlds (with the Golden Watchstone). After testing with an old league character, I found the Atlas works normally there. The issue only occurs with the new league character - unable to open the Atlas of Worlds, only able to access unique maps. Hope the devs can fix this bug, as it currently prevents me from playing the endgame mapping content.

If you have allocated the Atlas passive Twist of Fate, de-allocate it.

It seems to be bugged at present.
