Beyond Scarab of Resurgence Bug

Noticed in a few maps out of 15 or so that not all 3 bosses spawn. One time even only beidat boss spawned in mirage > killed him > culled a few more packs in mirage > other 2 bosses (ghorr and k'tash) spawned. Noticed it happens more frequently in mirages but also in regular map sometimes.
