Lost fractured map and cleansed map due to disconnect

Not sure if anyone else is having issues. I keep disconnecting. This is the first time I've had issues like this and am not sure whats going on. I've played since the start. I can log in for a few seconds before being disconnected. Lost a few maps and a bit sad about it.
