Character stop moving while shooting

I have a bug where my Character stop moving when I'm shooting Arrow, it started today

I usually Maintain left click to move and spam the right click to shoot arrow but today In like 80% of my map the charatcer stop moving and I need to repush left click to move again it's like i'm frozen which cause a lots of deaths of course.

It doesn't happen all the time so there must be some bug around, I don't know.

I couldn't find a way to fix it.
I relaunched the game changed the move button to another key nothing fix it. It's pretty annoying and on top of that game will skyrocket to 20k MS, game freeze and everything come back together at full speed, I have 0 internet problem so I don't know
