Not receiving Twitch MTX rewards anymore (Druids of Maji Portal or Mirage Quicksilver)

Hi GGG support,

I've had no issues earning MTX rewards in the past via Twitch but I noticed with this most recent reward (Mirage Quicksilver) that I'm not actually receiving it in game. I earned it yesterday and usually I get it immediately. I looked in my inventory and it says I successfully claimed it. The previous most recent reward I claimed was the Druids of the Maji portal effect and that also, I noticed, isn't showing up in my MTX inventory. However, the reward prior to that (Xesht Finisher Effect) is properly showing up in my MTX stash.

I verified that I still have my Twitch account connected to Path of Exile (it's been connected for 9 years it says) so nothing should have changed in that regard. Is there a known issue with getting these rewards?

Before I do that, it does show my rewards in that link you posted. Should I still try reconnecting?
