Currency Exchange from Phecia 2.0 can't be remove.

In Faustus Currency Exchange. The ordered already complete but i can't remove it. I already deleted my Phrecia character.

GGG recently fixed a bug pertaining to this.
Try using the Migrate All option again - even if you have previously done so. Some people who had been affected by the bug will need to do this (but some might not).  Once you've done that, it should be possible for a character in Standard to claim them. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
