Can't get rid of completed order from another league in Faustus

A few leagues ago i tried to play a hardcore character. Got into endgame and start trading, using the currency exchange. Then my character died and thought, that was a fun experiment, but HC is not for me.

However, Faustus is now showing completed orders for Hardcore, while im opening him in Mirage softcore. I dont have any leveled hardcore characters and im dont intend to do this anytime soon. Now im stuck with these order clogging up my trade view every time i open faustus. I tried creating a new HC character and going to my hideout, but faustus won't show up for low level characters.

How do i get rid of these completed orders? I don't care if it gets deleted or whatever, i don't play standard.

I did that, but the orders still exist in normal hardcore and I don't have any hardcore characters.



I also can't interact with Faustus even though my i have all the others like Johan, rog, etc. There seems to be an different limitation/rule for Faustus. With Rog, i can control disenchanting from my hideout. With Johan, i can manage the town from my hideout. I can respec my atlass tree with my lvl 2 hardcore character. However, Faustus doesn't exist. I also can't go to Kingsmarch, because there is a level 50 requirement.

With help from support i was able to restore a HC character that has a high enough level. With that character i was able to remove the completed orders.
