Chemist strongbox in act 8 gave 37% quality flasks

A rare chemist strongbox in "The Grain Gate" gave me 2 37% quality life flasks, don't think this is intended? Maybe one of your new secrets in lvling?
But it was not inside a Mirage area. Did not see the mods on the strongbox since i was just blasting while leveling.
