Supported by " High impact mine" is not functioning

so i the gem thats imbued by "High impact mine support" is not counting as a mine and thus is not getting supported by mine support skills or possible to be cast neither as a mine or self-cast it seems the code of the imbued effect is not treating the gem as linked to a support gem or something along those lines please help
