Problem improving in merchant tab

First of all, I apologize if there are any problems with my message. I don't write very well in English and I'm using a translator.
I wanted to upgrade my premium stash tab to a trader tab, but the option to do so isn't showing up. It's an initial stash tab that was upgraded to premium in 2024. I don't know if that affects anything.  Last bumped on Mar 11, 2026, 6:18:03 PM

Hi, please note that this upgrade cannot be used to upgrade the four initial stash tabs on an account.
