Infinite loot bug?

I opened a fleeing gold wisps mirage with breach beyond and delirium. Every time i touched a wisp it spawned a horde of demons and delirium mobs which would cause more wisps to spawn upon death.

Scarabs used: Beyond Scarab of the invasion, Beyond Scarab, Horned scarab of Nemesis, Breach Scarab of instability*2
