Bugged Currency exchange

I currently have 6 greyed out exchanges from a previous league how can these be cleared? Have tried migrating all chars from previous leagues with no success

Use the league migrations button on the character select screen (looks like this: ">>"), find the league and "Migrate all", then remove orders on Standard.
