I'm level 66, playing as a Scion on Mirage SSF R. My character is meeting both DEX and level requirement for wearing the shield, yet I'm unable to equip it (it even has a red background in inventory).

I did try to go to character select, log out and also switch maps so instance resets, yet it still doesn't work.

Am I missing something?

I completely closed the game as well, issue still persists.

*facepalm* first time using that amulet, I didn't realize... Thanks <3
