Avenging Flame failing to activate: Bug Report ID: #1,358,882,674

Avenging Flame doesn't activate on certain bosses, making the fight impossible to complete.

In the last phase of the Elder fight, after helping Shaper, none of the attacks originate from the Elder; most notably, the rings he creates in that phase don't activate avenging flame even though they did in the first phase.

Drox in his citadel. If he is inside his banners, his attacks won't activate avenging flame.
