Unable to re-capture a soul for my pantheon. ID 2,127,019,128

Hello GGG.

I have entered the "Arachnid Nest" map with a Divine Vessel, after finishing the map I had gone to Sin, and unlocked the Pantheon power. But for some reason, I had another Divine Vessel filled with the same soul of the boss.
This resulted in the power of the Hybrid Widow being disabled, and the description states that I need to re-capture it again to re-enable the Pantheon power.
So I put another Divine Vessel and went for the same map, but each time the vessel disappear, and leaving me with nothing even after slaying the boss again.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

I just wanted to update that the issue was resolved.
After I have gone to a different map that has a Pantheon soul, and after I have put the Divine vessel there before entring it, has resulted with the Divine vessel of the "Arachnid Nest" map has then appeared in my inventory filled with the boss soul, allowing me to re-capture the soul again.
