Extremely long loading times

Since Mirage release, I have randomly long loading times.

Loading times differ between zones. Most towns take around 30 seconds to load. Other zones sometimes load in 3 seconds, other times in 3-5 minutes.

Last league loading times were in general around 10-20 seconds, but nothing taking multiple minutes.

Also worth mentioning, I reinstalled the game and delete all cache directories before. That seemed to help for the first few zones, but that's it.
