Scarab of Plenty

Something is wrong with “Scarab of Plenty”
I started running maps for “Scarab of Pilfering” cards and noticed that the average number of cards on the boss ranges from 0 to 2. I was surprised because a league ago it was 10-20 for me.

I thought the bug was causing the cards not to go to the right boss, but after running a few maps with the mirage on the entire map, I didn't see any difference.

I decided to remove “scarab of poilefring” and left only “scarab of plenety” x5, and to my surprise, no cards dropped.
I even turned on the least strict filter to make sure that NO cards dropped, but that's how it turned out.

It seems to me that the only cards that drop are not from this scarab, but from the effects of the altars I run.

Maybe it's a small sample size, but I think something is wrong.
