Drop-disabled Currencies that can't be traded in merchant tab or currency exchange on standard

I noticed for Standard players that there are still some items that can't be traded in merchant tabs and in the currency exchange.

e.g. Legacy Delirium orbs (Obscured, Challenging, Primal, Fossilised, Imperial, Kalguuran) aren't in currency exchange and unlike legacy incubators and other legacy currencies haven't been allowed to be traded on the merchant tab.

Seems like legacy scarabs as well (other than veiled scarabs)
