Scarab of Containment Bug

I used 5 Scarabs for a Crimson temple Map Empowered Mirage . Basically all Strongbox Scarabsonce.

I then had the Problem, while inside the Mirage, that i could not go back into the normal map, because it said: "Failed to join Instance"

I then cleared the Mirage completely and left to character screen and loged in again. In my HO i saw that the map probably crashed, because all portals were gone. That happens some times. Then i just started a new map with the same scarab setup. It did consume all scarabs, but im not sure which actually applied. I can at least say that the "Scarab of Containment" did not, because i have normal monsters in the map and only 6 Strongboxes. It seems that the "Ambush Scarab" did.
