Ichorous Pest is counted as enemy, bricks Simulacrum

the new Conjuror of Rot spectre summons permament minions that counts as enemies, they last infinetely and brick the Simulacrum / Cowards trial encounters

I had multiple bosses going randomly undamagable and i just noticed this kind of summon is always around when that happens. Latest example was the Janaar, the Omen (blue harvest boss), maybe he has minions that need to get killed to make him damageable again and this new spectre bugs that out

This still happens and relatively often. Bosses with invuln phases that spawn adds that needs to be killed seem to get bugged all the time and the boss just stays in invuln phase, breaking the game. I had two harvest bosses in one seed killing them next to each other, one got bugged, the other not. Please fix this
