Beyond Scarab of Resurgence not spawning all 3 bosses in Mirage

I went into a Mirage with the scarab on and when the Beyond boss spawned it was by itself instead of with the 2 other faction leaders. Works fine in the normal map but not in the Mirage.

Same is happening to me with the beyond scarab of resurgence, often bosses spawn only once, and it feels like you guys shadow nerfed rarer currency drops from beyond like divine tear drop and volatile vaal orb.

Can you guys take a look and fix it?
