Shockwave totem of Authority doesn't work with Astral Projector

As the title suggests, the totem will continue to cast on the player rather than around the enemy, the wording on both versions is the same so it would imply it should work with Astral Projector

Shockwave casts a Nova around itself, which Astral Projector changes.
Shockwave of Authority casts a Nova around a target entity, rather than itself. Since it's already casting at a target, Astral Projector doesn't change its targeting. |

The point of Astral Projector is that it manipulates the targetting of the nova, regardless if it's already with a valid target, that's why it should work with Authority's targetting
