3.28 Patheon God Soul Double Captured

Double captured soul for this beach map boss. now in my Patheon Menu the specific soul highlighted in red. Is this normal? I did double consume 2 bottle of same soul.

My understanding is that this happens when you kill the boss both in the map and in the Mirage.

Yes. You'll have to recapture the boss soul and use another to have the upgrade on this character.

Originally, pantheon upgrades were character specific. When they were made league-wide progress, they also made it so that you could recapture the boss soul to disable upgrades a character didn't want--such as a character using Bloodboil for "Reversed efffect of Chill on you" not wanting the "50% reduced effect of Chill" upgrade.
