New Scion Tree nodes not working!

Hello, there is currently a bug were if you spec into the terminus EST on a the new scion tree, It does infact not work at all you do not gain any frenzy charges per crit,



this was tested on a CoC with 90% crit chance, never saw a single frenzy charge appear.



How to replicate?

Create Scion
Merc lab
pick Terminus EST
Crit..

Gain nothing

Voll's Protector (your body armour) provides Inner Conviction

Inner Conviction

3% more Spell Damage per Power Charge
Gain Power Charges instead of Frenzy Charges
