Chain of Command - Animate weapon

Hello,

Is there a fix in progress regarding the need to spawn the animate weapon (Chain of Command)when we enter in mirage area?
Is very anoying and a die a lot because i am between 10 packs of mobs and the animate guardian is sleeping 1-2 seconds..
