Hiveblood vanished after tried new instance.

Was using some wombgifts and the floor got stucked of trash items, so i've tried to ctrl+click to see if it was possible to create a new instance and enter again to clean them away. The new instance was created without any previous confirmation button on the screen, the floor was clean of the items but my 20k Hiveblood farmed have just gone also. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be this way (if it is: my bad, but wtf!?!?)

I'd like my hiveblood back if it possible, i've wasted my time to get them, sad...
