Zoom not working properly on new Atlas Map / no zoom slider

Since 3.28
1) Sometimes when you do guardian map or some other "boss/fragment content" atlas map becomes zoomed (which is bug i think).
2) So i want to zoom out/in with my usually assigned buttons in settings (arrow up / arrow down keys). Zoom in/out doesn't work with them at all.

3) Also there is no zoom slider which present on trees and other menus. Pls consider adding zoom slider on this map as well.

I had no such issues with previous atlas.
