Invert The Rules Support

Hello dear support.
I would like to inform that "Invert The Rules Support" gem by some reason doesnt looks like to do much. I've tried ( trying ) ( You can check my setup on character "Tyr" on this account ) this gem, and along with Runegraft of Treachery and Purity of Lightning even it doesnt looks to do much. I am not excluding the chance to be the issue on my side. Please tell if it is real issue which to be fixed. I can see it in the description, yet it does nothing ( or even worse - it does the nothing + benefiting the mobs )
as well tries on PoB. PoB IGNORING IT. [Removed by Support]

To test it - make a Mjolner based Ball Light Mana stacker Build, and then in the Mjolner set aside Invert The Rules Support, put the Runegraft, and pump with Purity of Lightning.

+1 monsters with capped res seem to be taking the same amount of damage even with the ele mastery allocated

Thanks for your report, this seems to be working fine.
In a controlled environment there's a clear difference in damage when using Invert the Rules with Runegraft of Treachery and Purity of Lightning. |
