Hand of the Lords does not mention the 20% less curse effect it applies to socketed hexes
" In addition to a trigger, this modifier on Hand of the Lords also grants socketed Hex skills '20% less Effect of Curse'. This penalty is visible in their skill information, but not on the unique itself, which is odd if intentional.  Last bumped on Mar 11, 2026, 4:04:23 AM
