Weapon Quick Swap

The game sometimes doesn't allow you to quick swap between weapon sets. Right Trigger + R3 doesn't work. The break seems to trigger when trying to weapon quick swap while you are in your personal stash. But, it carries over to your character screen when you get out of your stash menu.

It worked momentarily and now Im locked out of my second weapon set.
I can't equip new weapons on weapon set 2. I even swapped to keyboard controls and still nothing. Idk what is happening, but there is something wrong maybe with attribute requirements. It seems to have some form of interaction with Attributes. Bug Report ID: #2,188,011,725 Tala Moana, Exile.
