Perfect Guardian Turtle not spawning after right clicking

Hi, I just bought 2 perfect guardian turtles. i right clicked the first one and i could not see the corpse on the ground and i checked my entire HO.
So, i went to buy another one and it did the exact same thing - no corpse showed up and i walked around pressing A and couldnt find anything.
Please help!!
