Thane Jorgin in Fortification bugged

Im in mirage ssf playing a spectre build, and it shows Jorgin in fort gives delve drop-only modifier items in a trapped chest. Wiki also says that it is currently bugged, but I did not see that until after I setup my syndicate to my liking. If he worked as intended, it would help my search for +1 max spectre chests. I know nothing about game development so idk how hard or time consuming this would be to fix but it would be greatly appreciated. Banger league though, having a lot of fun.

well I didn't even say what the bug was, his trapped chest just has regular rare items. No delve drop modifier in sight. I have done it 3 times now and its been true all 3 times. If this got addressed in patch notes or a hotfix, I just have not seen it I guess.
