[UI/UX] New Atlas missing "Zoom" bar

See title.

Pretty much a standard because you have to move around a lot in the new atlas to see/select/move around, having a zoom bar would be great for those who have Mouse scroll mapped elsewhere.

I'd consider this a bug because it's on all other UI except this.
