Display crashing while playing poe 1

I have a radeon 9070XT and am frequently experiencing my video card dying (PC still running but displays black) while playing path of exile. I have tried on both dx11, dx12 and vulkan and the problem seems to persist on all of them.

This does not happen with any other game so I am eager to find out if this is a known issue or if there is something wrong with the card.
