When crafting on controller, sometimes the item mods disappear

Noticing this mostly with maps in the map tab, but happens in inventory as well.
After using an item on another item (alchemy orb on a map for example), the item text window disappears. Last bumped on Mar 11, 2026, 1:13:12 AM
